Today I was able to register at your college, and your staff member, ZIRUI WANG, treated me very kindly. She guided me very well, was friendly and patient, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I truly appreciate her excellent support and professional behavior.
I have really enjoyed being in our lovely teacher Nicky Gupta's class. She structures her lessons extremely well, making each topic easy to follow and understand. She is energetic, focused, and creates a positive learning environment that keeps students engaged throughout the lesson. I truly appreciate her teaching style and would be very happy to attend her classes again in the future.
Classes are often postponed without informing students, and this has happened to me many times. I come prepared, but only at reception I’m told the class is cancelled, with no email or message. My contact details are correct, so the problem is with the college’s communication. It feels like the college does not care at all about students’ lives or their responsibilities like managing your children school , disabled family member and trying to handle every thing to be at your course but look how this college treat you.Very frustrating and unprofessional.
I would recommend the language classes at this college. The tutors are experienced and friendly. Costs are reasonable.
I remember attending a couple of courses in this College over the years and I am truly shocked to see how things are now run. I booked a day course in May to attend in July and I arrived early morning to find out the course couldn't start because,30 minutes in of the 4 hours , the teacher was late and nobody could get hold of her. I notify the Receptionist at the Desk and she tried to do her best but she sadly had no clue. Eventually the course Manager was notified and I received an email with apologies and a confirmation of a refund but I have been left with a bad impression of a bunch of amateurs who care very little about their students once the payments have been taken... I emailed some harsh feedback that was conveniently ignored and two weeks on the teacher didn't even have the decency to reach out to the students to provide an explanation and a personal apology. Incredibly shocking behaviour, I am now put off from enrolling to any future courses
Shambolic organisation of enrollment, best avoid it. Enrolled on a night class, got confirmation email, spent a lot of money on equipment and materials. Turned up for first class to be told they had messed up all the enrollments and overbooked the classes so I wasn't enrolled. No advance notice as they had so many mistakes and people to contact. Completely incompetent organisation & communication.

RHACC cancelled the course just 3 hours prior to start time via email. If the communication and service is at this level then I have no confidence to enroll in another course here.
My daughter has been there a few time for their kids painting class. She really enjoyed it! I love this college as I think we are very lucky to have such a nice looking and creative college in Richmond!
Having done a variety of courses at RACC including web development, photography, painting and drawing and currently creative glass I can fully recommend the quality of the teaching as being outstanding. The facilities at the college are great particularly the new art block and you get to use software and equipment which you wouldn't be able to afford to buy.
