Very poor service from firm who appear to be stuck in a different time zone. Did not listen or respond to needs of client and resulted in a loss of valuable time in executing a will.

House sale/ purchase I recently secured the services of Graham Blyth at this company. He conducted the sale of my old home and purchase of my new one. Despite challenges around the covid situation, the work Graham did was efficient, seemless and accurate. His communication from start to finish was brilliant, and he kept in touch via phone or email. Excellent solicitors. You know somebody is good when they answer your questions before you know to ask them - they make it seem easy. Excellent communication throughout. I took a proactive approach to communication myself, but it was evenly matched and, despite not knowing the end-to-end process, always had 100% confidence that I'm in good hands. Personally, had the pleasure of dealing with Tricia - easiest recommendation of my life. There is no flashy front window, but they are easy to find - High St., just opposite the Salvation Army Store, between Holland & Barrett and Vogue shops.
