Lied that I was receiving a phone call in the morning. No phone call so called them and was told I was in the diary as a call. Waited several hours then called again and this time was told I need a doctors note to be eligible for a phone appointment after being unable to attend a face to face due to anxiety. The other office's lawyer represented me so badly I recieved a three year court order. Do not contact if the person in trouble is disabled in any way. 0 stars
