A client of mine has a property in Glasgow, currently living in England, Karen Miller was recommended to help the sale transaction go smoother. My client informed her that I was acting on his behalf, Karen blocked me after I sent her an email, never apologised or contacted me, rarely communicated with my client. She knew who I was. I wouldn't recommend Karen Miller to anyone. I have been in the property industry for 19 years now and I have never ever seen such bad business and professional acumen.

Back in 2018 I was recommended to use NGL through purple brick. It is providing to be the biggest mistake to date. They have take £750 of our money that was to be on hold for 2 years now we cannot get a hold of anyone. Not to mention the service we received was aweful with Karen Gibb call us a liar and do nothing to support us with the sale of our home. Avoid these cowboys at all costs
