   Very poor communication. Called 1st time and asked to speak to Chloe Herd. Sorry not available. Requested a callback. No callback...Next day called again, sorry not available. Requested a call back ...no callback Called a third time again today and was told she was not available and actually now on annual leave and not back in till Wednesday next week.The receptionists to be fair were excellent. Was given the wrong information on my initial calls.

   Solicitor Andrew Devlin handled my case in relation to a tenant eviction. This had to be taken to a Tier One tribunal during which Andrew spoke on my behalf, his delivery was clear and comprehensive , resulting in the case being found in my favour. The pitfalls of this process are too great to risk self representation and I would recommend Clarity Simplicity (Glasgow Office) to help any landlord navigate this process.

   I contacted complete clarity for assistance after being scammed out of a large sum of money. The staff were very friendly from the start. I was asked to attend an appointment with Andrew Devlin a trainee solicitor. I was very impressed from the start with his knowledge advice & guidance. We agreed on a strategy & after a period of a couple of months & moving no further forward i decided not to go further in the meantime with the complaint. Andrew's work throughout the process was exceptional & he is a credit to the firm. I was also introduced to jenna another solicitor from the firm & she was also very supportive and helpful. I would highly recommend complete clarity for any legal matters. Very professional from the reception staff to the lawyers working the cases.

   I recently contacted Complete Clarity Solicitors with an enquiry regarding collection of a long outstanding debt for unpaid factoring charges that had been transferred to the owners in my development by a former factor. The firm responded very promptly to my enquiry and set up an introductory meeting by video call for me to speak with a solicitor, Grant O'Neill. Grant demonstrated a good grasp of the issues in what is a relatively complex case and clearly presented a range of options that were very helpful. I am happy to recommend the services of Complete Clarity Solicitors.

   A LAW firm with a Director who breaches his own terms of business and charges 86% more than a quotation on a missold 'Pay as You Go' Service which is not Pay As You Go at all. This is one of the most expensive and non-transparent law firms I have done business with, assigning Trainee Solicitors to deal with people's lives. If you don't pay their astronomical fees, expect to be bullied into doing so and even more unfair charges outwith their Terms of Business. My advice is to scroll on and avoid this law firm at all costs

   We used this company to represent us at First tier tribunal eviction - legal services were thorough, but very opaque charging. Something called time in line charging. We were told £500 would be the minimum amount required and £1000 would be more realistic. It cost more than £1800. The hearing lasted for 17 minutes. Everything else were additional costs which were piled on top, some of which might be hard to justify, although being lawyers they would no doubt be able to. I appreciate the legal profession is expensive, but if you use the name Clarity then should be more upfront about potential costs. After all lots of other clients must have been through the same process, so they will know how much it costs. They seem to have a laser like focus on maximizing expenses above all else.
