If you feel helpless, alone and have nobody to turn to in crisis then look elsewhere! On the other hand, if you feel this way and want to have a discussion over the phone where you are made to feel like you are back at School and being given a row by a teacher then I would recommend. Thoughtless, heartless, patronising, presumptious, accusatory and frankly cold and rude. Only wanted advice and possible help but instead got told and I quote, "I don't think you and I will get on". Unprofessional and uncaring beyond belief.
