Kevin murphy absaloute joke of a guy tried to call me twice and my son was in hospital but i left my phone at home on charge because rushed down to hospital with my child and tried to call him bk 3 times emailed him aswell no reply then u get an email saying he cant go to court for me due to not having the info he needed whwn a sent it to him over a week ago absaloute wrong yin pure let down sent it to my original lawyer she said to complain against him ppl cant always get to the phone esp if a childs in hospital doesnt mean they wont get bk to u wish a did 3 times a would not recommend him for even toilet paper

If I could give 0 stars I would 1 of the most unprofesonal people I have ever set eyes on .we were passed to Paul hannah after his college just took up and left the company in the middle of working for us we were then passed to Paul hannah who was 1 of the most unhelpful person I have ever met we waisted a whole year trying to get to see our dad that was put into a carehome without our knowledge.he told us the case would never go to court after finding the right solicitor it did.but it was to then as my dad sadly passed away this man is has no empathy and totaly arragant that's if you ever find him and get an appointment that would last 5 min put us to alot of expense and totaly waisted legal aid funding .if you reading this Paul we found a brilliant solicitor and it did go to court but sadly my dad passed away as it was to late.hopefully no 1 ever treats you the way did us
Brilliance pub. Food is outstanding we ate on Saturday and it was so nice and fresh we booked in for the Sunday roast too which did not disappoint. Lovely atmosphere and staff so friendly.
My Mother made an appointment to speak to one of the solicitors Fraser, the previous week for the Monday at 10am. 10.15am on the Monday no telephone call from the solicitors to inform her that fraser is in court. Mum had to phone to ask what the problem was. They told her another solicitor Tracy Moholand, will phone you today at 11am. My Mum said now she'll definitely phone as i have to rearrange an other appointment. The receptionist said yes she'll definitely phone. Low and behold 11.15am and no phone call. My Mother phoned the solicitors again. This time to be told, that Tracy will be unable to take the call as she is busy. You don't treat people like that especially in today's climate. In my opinion these solicitors are unreliable with poor communication. Through this experience i would definitely avoid and go elsewhere.
The most arrogant unfriendly unhelpful law practice I've ever set foot in. I wanted to punch them in the face. Scum they are. Would rather argue and get defensive than talk to u like a human being!! I complained to the top manager about his staffs behaviour and he behaved exactly the same as them. Go figure!! I'm so sad Turnbull McCarron closed down they were light years better than these clowns. I walked out of there thinking I'd be better representing myself!! Now that says a lot doesn't it!!
Terrible service, no updates and very slow to respond. They do not keep you up to date with your case. They are fast to sign you up for legal aid or to pay but after that, forget winning your case. They do not offer great advice at all. You are better of doing your own research than use them.
Extremely poor service. Had a home visit booked for my mum and no one showed. Called the office and was told the receptionist was out at the post office and would call back to let us know what was happening .... still waiting. Don't waste your time with this solicitors office. Plenty more professional people around
