   After experiencing an incident at one of the top supermarkets, I made a claim to Digby Brown. I wasn’t sure I’d be entitled to claim, but after explaining the story to them, I was informed they’d take my case on. Alasdair Flett was my allocated solicitor and worked extensively in dealing with my claim. The whole process from making the initial claim to settling took over a year. Alasdair was in regular contact with updates concerning the case. I actually settled on more than double than I initially thought I would get and that is testament to Alasdair. I also want to highlight Lisa Byrne, who is a fantastic example of calming you down in a panic. She relaxed all my worries and made sure I was informed of what I needed to know.

   They prey on abuse victims and scam them, very sick and twisted group of people. They get their fees and then take 10 percent of victims payouts on top. Beyond sick!!!! Look at the bbc report and the victims charity's response. A bunch of god awful creatures!!!!

   I dealt with them prior to and over the pandemic and I found them to be a professional, courteous and efficient service. They don't pester or harras you, like you hear of some solicitors. I dealt with several individuals over the course of my claim (from being hurt in a car accident when some idiot boy racer shunted our nearly stopped car, at speed). I took a while to progress the claim, due to my own mental anguish/malaise, but I found the firm very helpful. It was Neil who finalised the claim and I was very happy with the result, as I have never made a claim for anything like that before, but was advised by friends and family after myself and my other half were injured. Definitely 5 stars and 2 thumbs up from me and I would recommend them to others.

   When you order a solicitor from Wish. Promised proper legal representation in the sales pitch but get the first year apprentice who can’t even spell your surname properly. Simply awful.. There are better alternatives out there and certainly more personable.
