The paralegal, Eileen, communicated regularly, explained the process well and managed to expediate the process to meet a tight deadline.    Mr Milligan is one of the most professional Solicitors that I have used. When I gave him very short timescales for the conveyancing when selling my house and slightly shorter for buying another property, he worked very hard so that both deals came together at the same time.
