   Very bad system, the people there doesn’t know their work, the office workers keep sending junk emails for people that they have been accepted in the course while when you go there you will find that the course is already Full ! The stuff what I can just say are literally horrible, they keep sending you to each others . I wouldn’t recommend this college to anyone, it’s the worst college i saw in the UK!

   So unwelcoming that a member of my family left after a short period here. Staff rude....bad pupil behaviour during lessons. I think most of the pupils here are time-wasters using the time in class to mess around. Not a place to learn because of complete lack of discipline....be warned.

   Very Bad Experience with Southwark College They keep changing teachers and class schedules, which is very bad and confusing. They even failed many students without clear reasons – I was one of them. Honestly, the way they change teachers and schedules all the time is unacceptable. I would give them zero stars and I do not recommend this college at all.

   There is no interaction or feedback to parents. My daughter had attended for 2 terms and I have no idea how well she is doing or even whether her attendance is satisfactory. This isn’t just an oversight that applies to us as we know another parent that never receives any news from the college.

   I had the worst experience with Soutwark College. I've booked an IELTS exam online and went to the college to pay in cash. It has taken three members of staff and half an hour to take the payment... The very next day I received a cancellation mail due to non-payment.... Again, it took them 24 hours to rectify that mistake and my exam was finally confirmed. Then, 3 days before the test, they cancelled it because of shortage of staff.... I also received an email informing me that the refund will be issued to the payment card I used to register for exam... Shambles! Edit: it has been 2 weeks and still no refund....

   College is very nice. The building is big and have all the facilities for studying. Computers available in every floor, comfortable sofas and big round tables. Fantastic views from top floors.
