I used the firm for my conveyancing and had to chase my solicitor up and few times over what should have been simple matters. I also had to chase up getting a receipt of the work carried out, for my own records. I've just had a letter from NHBC informing me that a certificate wasn't complemeted when the rest of the conveyancing work was carried out. This should have been done by Paterson Holms and not the builder. NHBC have been able to do this, but it begs the question why I paid money for a service and not everything was done.
