   Phoned on Friday for details of power of attorney . 6 day later no details. Phoned just now and told will call after lunch. No call. And won't use them Finally after 10 days got a letter. But too expensive and not what I wanted. I am using another lawyer.

   Called Monday, promised a call back – nothing for 3 days. When I chased, they brushed me off and told me to fill in a website form instead. Completely dishonest, unprofessional, and a total waste of time. Zero integrity. Avoid this sham of a law firm at all costs.

   Recently bought a bar and with the help of Tennants who use Brodie’s I find their service very slow and prices far too high if I purchase another public bar etc with anyone else I will make sure this company not used instead of one person deal with it had to be several and was a week late in taking ownership of my public house!!!!!?

Lisa not only gave me superb advice she compassionately walked me through every step of the way explaining technical legal jargon in plain terms that I could process and understand. She was not just professionally empathetic but checked up on me prior to weekends when she knew communications from my ex-husbands legal team would be upsetting me. This was above and beyond her duties and shows not only is she in my mind, the best divorce lawyer in Scotland but one who genuinely cares about her clients. She liaised with colleagues in other departments and with external financial advisers to ensure that all aspects of my divorce were handled in a cohesive way.
