   Roz was great—very responsive and clearly knowledgeable. I was very happy with the settlement amount. I think if I could go back I would negotiate with the insurance company directly instead of going through a lawyer, at least initially and as long as the insurance company was playing ball. One can get a pretty good idea of what one is due with modern tools and the bill the lawyers sent to the insurance company in even quite a trivial case was anything but trivial. But as far as law firms go, this seems to be a very good one!

   After almost committing my case to a large well known firm, I had some hesitations about their proposal and terms and on the advice of a friend, I was referred to Cycle Law to discuss my case and address my concerns. Cycle Law's team arranged a call to discuss my case and the concerns and made me feel at ease with the process immediately. On completion of my case, I am very glad that I chose Cycle Law- their handling of my case from start to finish was excellent- the team worked hard to full understand the details of my incident and then worked with me every step of the way to ensure that my claim was maximised. It was definitely a benefit that they are cycling specialists and are cyclists themselves which lead to an intrinsic understanding of what had happened to me and the implications it had on my life.    I highly recommend Cycle Law Scotland to anyone contemplating a claim. I came off my bicycle at a faulty roadworks and received numerous injuries. I wasn’t going to put a claim in but as I felt accident was due to neglect on part of contractor I presented facts to Cycle Law Scotland who were of the opinion the contractor had a case to answer. Zara Jones, Senior Solicitor at Cycle Law Scotland handled my claim. I can’t praise her highly enough. At all times she was professional, highly competent, courteous, understanding, and very timely in answering queries. The claim took 2 years, through no fault of Cycle Law Scotland. I actually think this may be quicker than the average time taken for these claims thanks to Cycle Law Scotland. I received a fair award commensurate with my injuries. The fee charged by Cycle Law Scotland was very fair in comparison with other claim companies. I thank Zara and Cycle Law Scotland for their excellent handling of my claim and obtaining the outcome that they did.

   After being hit by a car whilst cycling I was recommended to cycle law Scotland, where Zara was quickly appointed to my case. Although this happened over lockdown Zara and the team managed to get this resolved as quickly as possible. I was very happy with the outcome and I was kept up to date throughout the whole case. I would certainly recommend cycle law Scotland to anyone in this unfortunate situation as they are keen cyclists themselves it felt much more personal and they took care of everything for me.
