   I have been under the administration of Jonathan and his team for over 6 years now dealing with multiple cases that all included a complex mental health element. Even being a legal aid client, the level of representation and management of these cases has been of the utmost in professionalism and, most importantly, continued support and understanding of my mental health - making sure that it is highlighted for the benefit of the court at ALL relevant stages of the process. In the first year after Jonathan represented me, I only spent 3 months in custody (mostly due to being NFA status) and the last 5 years there has been only community based disposal when pre-arrangemement of guilty pleas has been the best way to shorten the process. His level of mitigation is the finest I've experienced in a complex 10 years of various court cases. All has come to fruition in November 2022 with the one remaining matter, even as an indictment charge (again pled guilty on at earliest opportunity), even having a proposal to dispose of with ADMONISHMENT by request of my social worker. I would not hesitate in recommending Jonathan Paul Solicitors for representation over any criminal activity charges.
