   The Kings Cross branch was conveniently located and easy to find. When I arrived Stephen greeted me wonderfully and was helpful when completing the necessary security checks along with leading me through the testing centre. Pauline completed further checks with professionalism and style! My examiner was Sarah L, who was absolutely wonderful. It was lovely to speak with her about our respective career experiences and hear about her career travels! Sarah L’s demeanour through the test was comforting and friendly.
