    Extremely Disappointed – Lack of Support and Qualification Delay I completed the Diploma in Education and Training (DET) at Brit College (Birmingham branch) during the 2023–2024 academic year, and I’m still waiting for my qualification certificate despite finishing all assignments, placements, and course requirements months ago. I’ve contacted the college numerous times, including speaking with a staff member named Hafsa Maryam, who assured me the issue would be resolved — but there has been no progress or proper communication. This delay has caused serious problems for my further studies at Arden University, as Student Finance England has withheld my tuition funding until the qualification is confirmed. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism, accountability, and support. I’m now escalating the matter to Ofsted, the Department for Education, and City & Guilds for investigation. I strongly advise future students to be very cautious and ensure that all qualification and awarding body processes are clearly verified before enrolling.

    I studied at Brit College in 2023–2024, DET Level 5, Cohort 4. I submitted all my assignments and placement work on time. On 04/12/2024, we were informed via Zoom that our work needed to be re-assessed, and that a link would be sent to us. Since then, I have received no link, no updates, and no communication whatsoever. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, no one responds with useful information. The admin team keeps promising that someone will contact me, but no one ever does. It has been months, and I am still waiting for clarity on the progress of my certificate. I am extremely disappointed. As a paying student, I expected at least a basic level of professionalism and communication. This has been a frustrating and stressful experience, and I feel completely let down by the institution. I would not recommend Brit College to anyone considering studying here.

    Between July 2023-June 2024,I was enrolled in Cohort 4 DET. Expecting that they told us in the induction day,that if we can't find a work placement, they will give us,I attended my classes, I submitted all they asked,and yet,until now I didn't receive my diploma in Education and Training. They didn't even send an email to let us know what should we expect. Last year they told us that all our work should be reassessed and they will finish untill April 2025 and in May 2025 they will give us our certificates. It is almost April and,yet,no email from them. I really don't recommend this college.Even we I send them my fit note they put me absente. The teachers were ok,but the managers and the rest of their team,were very unprofessional.

    Britt College invalidated my Diploma in E&T after failing their own quality checks. This means my tuition fees were wasted.I am trying to cooperate with their re-evaluation process but they make it difficult, potentially jeopardizing my diploma and my investment. My recommendation: I strongly advise against attending this college.

As a student I was delighted by the extensive support services offered, including academic assistance, career advice, and personal support for issues such as mental heath and financial difficulties​​. The college have flexible learning opportunities, particularly beneficial for mature learners like me and for those without traditional academic backgrounds as well. The emphasis on practical learning and employability skills, alongside modern facilities and a high-qualified teaching staff, helped me a lot during studies period​.

    Brit College, London It's really great place for studying. Thanks Mr Raziur Rahman for your best support during my studies at Brit College. All the staff, Admin, Register are very friendly and helpful. They have brilliant teachers, and always gives highest effort to students. Very modern IT Lab and enough resources in the library. All the class room are well decorated and fully air-condition. The front of Brit College you will see very nice lake kind of tourist spot. I was a student of Brit College since 2010-2014. I really love this place. Proud to be a student of Brit College. I really missed that place.
