Dont come to this college its absolutely horrendous. The teachers are nasty and there is always a staff leaving meaning there is no teacher to cover that lesson and then there is no structure like all the teachers are clueless its like the students are teaching them instead. On top of that dont leave college outside your college time table as you will get numerous amount of phone calls from them demanding you come back and put you on stage 2 disaplinary for leaving college early because they say your parents need to be notified before you leave let alone I am 18 legal enough to take care of myself. Honestly dont know how this college is outstanding with all of this going on never come here if you want to waist your time or be stressed because the teachers dont know what they are doing making you take the lead.

It’s been 5 years and I still haven’t received any certificate from the chosen course I’ve done before and a top of that they haven’t called me to tell me if I passed my maths exam or not they need to sort out their communication skills and be more professional I’m not going back to that new city college tower hamlets again and what kind of college can charge £30 for the registration seriously previous college I’ve been to before they never charge me for registration they can charge you if you’re paying for fees that college needs to do better and sort out their communication skills and their policies ?!?!?! If anyone is interested in applying for any courses I would no recommend applying for a course there and studying at this place it’s a rubbish college

The security there need retaining following someone when asked something and when we have complied they choose to follow, very intimidating, and the college needs to educate the kids in equality, as seems some kids are dismantling kids with sexuality and the way they look etc. Its nice how they have re vamped the campus and they placed my auntie plaque on the wall as she was long standing member of the campus's catering team. But the security need retaining & the kids students need to be educated on equality & respect.

Having recently completed a short DLR training course on the Poplar campus, I am pleased to say that the New City College Poplar campus has more to offer than meets the unsuspecting eye! From the direct and considerate service of the staff to the instalment of a Subway in the canteen, the college is in no shortage of meeting the needs of the students. Staff work together well and have developed good networking amongst eachother. The facilities are abundant and classrooms are well-maintained. As far as an educational building goes, this campus is good. However, I do feel that stricter guidelines should be taught to students regarding the respectful use of the toilet facilities. Security is heavily emphasised through regulations that prohibit unwarranted covering of the head or face and the mandatory display of lanyards around the neck of staff and students alike, keeping everyone documented and accounted for. The location of the fire-escape gathering point is relatively close to the campus, which aids in speeding up the evacuation process in cases of emergency. I strongly recommend people searching for short courses or career-related qualifications to consider attending this college as an option!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received recently. When I inquired about information regarding your childcare apprenticeships, the representative I spoke with was unhelpful and dismissive. She repeatedly said “no” without providing any useful information and seemed to find the situation amusing, which I found quite frustrating and unprofessional. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and lead to improvements in your customer service. I believe that prospective students deserve respectful and informative interactions. Thank you for your attention to this matter

I would advise anyone looking to enroll at New City College, Tower Hamlets to reconsider their options. This institution is far from being a suitable learning environment. The security personnel are impolite and appear to be ill-prepared for their roles. The college is old, and it shows in its poor maintenance and unclean facilities. To make matters worse, the academic staff seems to underestimate the capabilities of their students, leading to a lack of encouragement and support. It's no exaggeration to say that attending this college may negatively affect your mental health. In conclusion, I strongly advise avoiding New City College, Tower Hamlets at all costs.

This is just a terrible place! Run from there. Security, like in a prison camp, will tell you where to stand, where to breathe, where not to stand. This is what they call England. Just sadists. Circle guarantee. I was personally yelled at by a security guard and another boss told me to shut up when I pointed out their sociopathic behavior. I think if there are such guards and management is also like that. I rate it minus 1 below zero.

The College Management Team and Security Guard doesn't know how to follow the Humanities Law, how to treat Disable learners or visitors. Concerns about what they would be teach for DWP Clients or Students. So rude, cruel and inhumane attitude. Sequrity Guard didn't allowed me to used toilet. He started calling different different other Sequrity Guard and Office stuff whereas they seen I am Disable. I requested them very nicely and explained that I am waiting for my Gallstones Surgery. My Bladder issues. It was really urgent to got toilet access and my Liver, kidneys, Bladder pain started. Freezing cold and cold wind made seriously Bowl pressure. But hard to found disability rights or kindness. Didn't I knew that Toilet wasn't for Public, yes definitely i knew. I have been spoken with Course and Career Tutor, Reception aswell. She went inside for given me next Courses Registration info. I was International Student and I have been all around UK's Universities and colleges for admissions purposes. Excellent dedicated supportive Teams for learners. Very very friendly and I don't need to ask for anything. On average UK,s Colleges and Universities has facilities for Visitors especially for Learners and Sudents. Toilet access for Disable Visitors and newly Commers. Quality and safe Educational Teaching Instituions. First visit this feedback so disappointed, danger, negligence that could harm any new learners.Totally not recommended for disable learners or jobcentres Clients. I would like to mind attention please for Tower Hamlet Authorities and Honourable Mayor for Disability rights or whoever has diseases, health conditions. Co-operation and kind manners will be bring for all of us brighter education and brighter future. Thanks indeed.

I am one of the students of New city college but I came this week to apply for a new course. I met this manager called Jenny Ritchie who was not nice to me. She is a very bad manager and she has no understanding and she is always angry all the time. She shouts a lot every time i try to talk to her. She does not give you a chance to talk or to explain anything. I don't know where she thinks she is in, a farm?! She is a very sick manager and I don't know why she is even in that position when she will not even let you learn. She is not ready to give young students a chance to aspire to their futures and get their dreams. I think she needs to go to the hospital because she is not normal and her respect is really bad. She is not human and her behaviour is atrocious and her attitude is even more atrocious. Do not waste your time with this so-called woman. She misjudges people for what is based online. So don't waste your time on this recked woman.
