    My wife was traveling alone from London and after a train derailment - her train journey was re routed delayed by 2 hours at night. I booked a taxi on her behalf. The train to Motherwell was 4 mins late. I called their controller to update him and advised I was willing to pay the driver for his waiting time. The cheek I got of the male controller was disgraceful. I think he forgets they are providing a service. He was arrogant and had no customer service skills. Thankfully, the elderly driver was very understanding, which settled my wife after a long day of travelling from London.

    I can only assume the company is under new management as recent experiences have fallen seriously short! Both office staff and drivers have been rude and certainly not meeting the customer needs. Other companies are available, more reliable and offer significantly better customer service. Very sad from a well established local company.

    Needed a taxi from wishaw general hospital at around 1am. Operator was friendly and able to book me a taxi. Waited for 10-15 minutes but totally worth it. Driver Raymond** was lovely. Update: Needed a taxi again tonight and it was the lovely Raymond who was my driver again. I cannot recommend this taxi service enough! Operator also really friendly.

    Appalling customer service. My daughter ordered a taxi to pick her up from the train station. Apparently the taxi went to the wrong street. When she called back they refused to go to back leaving her stranded at a dark train station. Despite calling several times they didn't pick up. I called to raise the issue with them but the operator was very abrupt. I said I wished to raise a formal complaint to which she said "fine" and hung up. My daughter called them back and was told that because I had complained they had cancelled the taxi. She was left to walk home alone in the dark. On their web page they state the have "been serving the community with reliable, efficient transport for over 30 years...Our taxi drivers are focused on providing the best possible service..." Instead they are putting the safety of vulnerable young women at risk.

    Booked a taxi via the app and didn’t receive a dispatch notification. Waited 40 minutes and called them to be told that there was a taxi waiting for me 30 minutes ago but I didn’t receive a call. They lied and said a call was made - it wasn’t. It categorically was not made. I was told no taxis were coming as I was “wasting the drivers time” and “we were going round in circles and no taxi was coming”. Really terrible way to treat a disabled person who pays for their service - shameful. Will use Unites Taxis from now on. Avoid.

    This is the best taxi company in Motherwell it must be said that taxi drivers that I use in this company are so friendly and always have a good bit of banter always down to earth there dispatch’s are always friendly with when telling you about about your taxi and can give you in-real time location of your taxi when asked and it also said that there management is also on par with meeting the redline manager she’s a wonderful women who is thick skinned and can take a laugh I’ve never had a problem with this company so they deserve 5 starts it is a shame I could not give them a higher grade

    Use redline quite a lot never faulted anyone of the drivers usually always friendly. Was at a night out in Electric bar last night this driver was mouthing off about it i wont go into detail as i phoned the office last night. He needs to remember its places like this that are keeping him in a job.

    Absolutely disgusting attitude from female member of staff when I called the office due to my online booking being cancelled for no reason. I provided my booking number and was advised the the online bookings and app are nothing to do with the staff the work in the office. I explained I had made the booking 3/4 days prior as I’m a single female and wanted to ensure I made it home safely, the female on the phone said “there’s plenty of single females in Motherwell” and to call her boss tomorrow with any complaints

    Prebooked a taxi for 3:50 in the morning and the car was there on the dot. Excellent service and had a lovely chat with the driver. Card payment was possible which was handy. Will surely use them again.

    Totally inconsiderate and unhelpful on phone and in person. Had to call 3 times and waited 50mins to eventually receive call back. As my phone was still ringing, the driver refused me entry and told me had a hire (which was me!) and drove off. Regular taxi user throughout Lanarkshire, Glasgow and Dunbartonshire - worst service/ company ever experienced.
