   Ordered a taxi last night The guy came, I opened the door and gave him the thumbs up, we got our costs on and went out but the taxi was gone and to add insult to injury I got charged a £3 no show fee… disgusting service and we had to call another taxi to get home. Not happy at all.    Absolutely disgusting and unhelpful staff!!! Our taxi was booked from wishaw to glasgow. A journey we regulary do by another taxi firm. The usual price including tip is £35. This company's driver charged £70 and his reason being his last drop off was in glasgow so he had to drive back to wishaw to pick us up!!! The fare actually started at his drop off point before coming to get us. I have spoke to several taxi drivers regarding this and they were all completely gobsmacked!!!! The fare starts when you pick up your hire from the address stated at booking. The office staff were of no help either and could only shout on the phone when we tried to complain. I have been advised to consult with a higher authority and I am seriously thinking of doing just that!!!!! Never again will they be called by me or mine and I'd advise people to use a more REPUTABLE!!! company!!!!!!

   Staff on the phone were rude and unfriendly. Driver was rude, chatting on the phone while we’re trying to give address then proceeds to tell us he’d take us to a bank machine but doesn’t. Asks us to transfer money and then begins to shout abuse at us in the street after we sent the money. Disgusting behaviour, not to be trusted.

   My girlfriend used a taxi service from north lanarkshire private hire to get home from work. While in the car the driver was asking her inappropriate questions - he asked her if she lives alone and he offered her free drives/services whenever she wants. He asked for her number and she agreed, only because she is a very anxious and nervous person but she couldn't remember her number at the time, so apparently he was very forceful and took her phone from her to locate her number, once located he rang it from his phone and he saved it. I emailed NLPH complaining about this but I never got a reply, so I emailed licensing standards who carried out an investigation and they gave the driver a stern warning. They were able to reach a manager at NLPH who was supposed to contact me regarding all this but they never did. Moral of the story - your drivers can abuse their positions to take advantage of vulnerable passengers and get away with it? Disgusting.

   Absolutely terrible, used them once to get to work. Paid Apple Pay, taxi driver came to my service users house adamant he didn’t receive payment. Called the office they were absolutely horrible and so cheeky accusing me of not having money in my bank. Ended up giving in and paying it again as didn’t want trouble at my work. Was told the money would go back into my account and it didn’t so contacted them and was told to send proof to email, did this and still haven’t received any refund, that was months ago. This time I had been waiting ten minutes on a taxi that said it was 1 minute away again called the office and was told it must be my app that’s “bugging” another ten minutes and the taxi was two seconds away then it said I was in my taxi. Called the office and they cancelled it, again apparently the money will go back into my account but I doubt it. Will never be using them ever again.

   Ordered a taxi from the Motherwell train station into Stonehouse. For a late Saturday night the service was quick, the car was nice and clean and it cost around £20 which I thought was fair. The druver rang me just as I was getting off the train.

   I really like this company and the service is good. However there is one driver who is extremely nosey and asks far to many personal questions even to the extent of wanting to know who the perscription was for that I was picking up. I dread it when I see that driver pullling up as the questions about personal life, family and how I live my life are too much and makes me feel uncomfortable so I decided to stop using North Lanarkshire Private Hire because of that one driver :/

   So reliable! Had issues getting to work because of the winter weather so used these taxis the past 2 days. Each day the taxi arrived within 5 minutes and I appreciated being able to pay by card over the airpay website. Thank you!

   Woman on the phone has clearly something against people with accents. She is not even hiding it, and can say during the phone call "he can't speak english" when clearly he can speak very good english, however he has an accent that is too much to handle for the operator. Someone who works for company that serves the public should at least have good communication skills. Complaint was made to the manager, however nothing was solved and the woman still works there and refuses to answer the phone from someone who has different accent than her. It's a shame, because doing this she declined the trip for around 50 pounds ;) Also, drivers are cool- the administration not so much.
