   £2 more than other local taxis and the drivers act like paying by card is the biggest inconvenience they have ever had to deal with. £8.60 for a 1.3 mile drive is ridiculous and so is the drivers attitudes it’s not the customers fault that they offer pay by card if they only want cash it should be stated clearly

   Nearly wiped out by one of your drivers at 4am SF66. Had no intentions of stopping at roundabout then blasted his horn and pulled up alongside me swearing telling me to give way from the right in future. Maybe he should learn his left from his right as I was on his right and he should have stopped.

   My name is Alan . Tonite I was driven home very professionay by one of you're drivers called Helen.. I was quite intoxicated & poured my heart out to Helen about losing my beautiful wife... She listened & was very. genuine.. I offered to pay Helen double,but she refused.. she is an absolute diamond.. well spoken,polite & just off the scale adorable.. top drawer treatment from a lovely woman . Thanx Helen... You made the end of a bad day that started with my Jag being written off ... So glad I met Helen she cheered me up. If I clda awarded 10 stars I would've.

   One of your drivers needs to resit his driving test!!!! He nearly wiped me out at a roundabout at club 3000 bingo tonight, going way too fast that he ended up over onto the other side of the road!!!!! I slammed on the brakes and he didn’t bother his backside!!!! Met up with him at the next set of lights and asked him what his problem was and he shrugged his shoulders!! My anxiety is sky high!!!!! I WILL be taking this further. The police have been called and I will make sure they get cctv from club 3000 , I will also be calling the council so tell him his taxi days are numbered!!! Called the taxi company who were completely disinterested!! Taxi number is 197

   Airdrie Taxis are reliable and professional. I wouldn't use any other local taxi service. Drivers are in uniform, cars are all clean, drivers are pvg checked, and the office staff are efficient and friendly when booking. An app is available to make booking easier. All drivers accept card payments.

   I called up from the hospital taxi phone after spending the night in A&E and the phone operator had a taxi sent within a few minutes and this was at 5am! I was impressed at the response time. The driver was incredibly friendly and took me via McDonald’s because I hadn’t had anything to eat and I was very hungry. After arriving home he made sure I was safe and well. They accept Amex, Card and Apple Pay too using SumUp which is super helpful as I don’t carry cash. I can’t find any faults with the service, 10/10. :)

   From the hours of 8-9am if you need a taxi their pretty much a no go. Every taxi is booked out and contracted for school runs so if you need to go to the nursery to drop if your kids or have to go anywhere as an emergency or work their useless. I had booked a taxi for 8:20 luckily one showed up outside at 8:30 I didn’t know it was there until I saw from the livingroom window because no one told me their text service wasn’t working so I wasn’t looking out for it I was just waiting on a text message. It drove away and I called back to be informed I would have to wait another 40 minutes for a new taxi to come. They are a joke of a taxi company

   For the past few weeks I’ve been getting a taxi in the morning. I book them the night before but they never come on time. Today was the worst! The taxi came but it left without calling or even waiting a second, so I call them and the guy just says that he’ll book me another. After 20 minutes the taxi comes and as I’m going out I see it leave… somebody else took my taxi and the driver didn’t even bother checking! I call again and the guy hangs up on me as I was speaking. I call again in tears because I was very late and the lady who picked up was nice and she got me another one but the service in general is just horrific!
