Been using the company for a few months now at the start was really good but not when you pre book it might show up for the time you’re put or it’ll show up 10 minutes early and leave before the time it’s book for then when you call to ask about it, they make it out as if it’s you’re fault the driver was early and left before the time that’s marked for. If the taxi does show up on time you never know what the charge for the journey will be as the price varies from driver to driver for the same route.

Many thanks for the great service. We booked an airport run to Edinburgh Airport. Taxi arrived prompt for our booked pick-up time of 5:00am - Greg got us to the airport well on time. At end of the holiday our flight back into Edinburgh at 11:20pm was delayed, we ended up nearly an hour late about 00:20am and by time got our cases from the carrousel, then through security, and got out of the airport terminal building was more like quarter-to-1 in the morning but Greg waited for us and ensured we got home safe and sound. Much appreciated. Will definitely book with LTOA again for our next airport run. Thanks to Philip, Greg, and all at LTOA. Cheers!!
Great service and easy to use app. Booked a taxi 1 week in advance using the app; office called later that day to confirm and, again the day before the booking; nice touch and made confident taxi was actually going to turn-up. Garry the driver was first class, good to talk to and taxi was spotless. Well priced too! Highly recommended.

Just moved to Larkhall from Glasgow and thankfully as a business owner for a couple of decades I can read between the lines when there's a bad review and I need to find the best local taxi company (especially seeing that this company delivered food and prescriptions to the vulnerable during pandemic peak without any cost - I like that community approach a lot). Call handler gave me an idea of the journey time when booking the taxi as she was checking for roadworks etc to make sure we allowed another time. The taxi arrived bang on time and the chat with the driver made the journey time fly by - got there in good time and this meant the meeting was able to start earlier (that wouldn't have happened if I'd driven and tried to park). Dialled in to book return taxi and despite the distance this arrived super-quick, different driver but still good conversation so made it a pleasant journey. I like the fact this company has been running for decades as that means they're doing something right and are local - supporting local businesses can only be good and I know I don't need to worry about organising a taxi for the future.
Have used this company a number of times over the years and recently needed them in an emergency due to my car breaking down and needing to get to an appointment urgently. The call handler took the time to phone me back when a car became available and I was promptly picked up. The driver was courteous and the company prepared a receipt for me the following day when I found out I could claim this back through my breakdown cover. Overall they are a great local taxi company that I'll continue to use.
