We had a taxi from Bridge Cars last night from the townhouse Hamilton. I would like to thank this man very, very much, he was a gentleman who waited on my granddaughter and I to get into the house and then took my husband home and waited for him to get in also. So thank you very much Joseph
Absolutely a joke twice I’ve booked a taxi a good hour before I have to leave and the taxi is still not available 15 minutes after the booked time how much notice do you need to get a cab on time absolutely ridiculous

Karen night tike driver on sunday may 29th leading on the Monday 30th absolutely disgusting behaviour after asking to complaint about a fellow employee driver that degraded me my self ,Karen then asked when I commented and asked for her name 'dae u ain't ma address anaw' then commented 'I deal with we lassies like you on a daily' wich then led on to her commenting 'I'm no dealing w this' after taking the complaint like this and the customer service ill be taking this further tomorrow morning and reporting this scandal of an employee to this company I've recorded it and will be leaking footage ASAP to story lines to make other members of the public aware of this childish ,rude and disgracefully employee
Ordered taxi got text saying on the way so. Waited outside got text saying arriving but no one there! then got text saying driver had been… pathetic service and control couldn’t have cared less.. will make sure none of my friends and family use this pathetic service
100% the most reliable taxi service out. They've taken me on a good few drunk rides home and have always been great. Every driver I've had has been chatty and the people who have taken my calls are always polite (despite my drunken states) told me exactly when my taxi will arrive, what type of car along with the drivers name and given me a set price. I would recommend these guys to everyone. P.s. Wee Davy deserves a reward for top banter.
