   DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! THEY WILL SCREW OVER YOUR FLIGHT AND COACH BOOKINGS. Live in Kirkwood. Booked a taxi the night before for a friend taking the city link bus to glasgow central so she could take a bus to the airport for her flight. Taxi ride was supposed to be to the Coatbridge bus stance. Friend had already bought her city link ticket and they only come every hour so she couldn’t miss this one. The taxi arrived a half hour after it was scheduled to pick my friend up so she missed the city link bus and had to pay extra for the taxi to get her to Glasgow Central. They only gave her a £5 discount which basically just barely paid for the citylink ticket. Absolutely horrendous service. Booking in advance is not worth doing. They will screw you over and mess with your flight or coach bookings.

   Shocking service , person on reception has a dreadful attitude, thinks its ok to allow a person to wait 40 minutes, and say there is no taxes available, when confronted with a person standing next to who used the app for a taxi and got a text within 30 seconds saying his car on on its way , so what about the elderly who can't use apps ?? Last time I call them .

   Dangerous driving - stopped in the middle of a main road for no reason (not picking up or dropping off any passengers), then gave me the middle finger when I overtook. Based on this aggressive and abusive behaviour towards other motorists, I would never feel safe getting in car with a Town Taxi driver and will never use them again. Avoid as a matter of safety.

   Don't waste your time booking with this company. Save yourself a whole lot of hassle and use Airdrie taxis. They take your booking, don't show up, then don't answer your phone call when you want to know what's happening.

   Absolute disgusting taxi drivers. Had a driver harass me my friend and her 10 month old baby. He got out and was really aggressive forcing us in a taxi when we told him we were waiting for a different pick up to suit the pram as we had no car seat which he could clearly see, he started harassing us , he then made a comment towards the baby and continued to sit in the taxi staring at the two of us beeping and direct eye contact, another woman came down waiting on a taxi and he never even attempted or offered her a taxi and continued to stare and beep at us, absolutely out of order.

   they take orders even though they have no drivers available. I waited over an hour for the taxi. every time I called to ask how long do I have to wait, I heard in response that "it will take a little longer"

   Had phone stole and i know i dropped it in the cab ! When i phoned they werent very helpful about it as if the couldent care less ! Got the same taxi driver a few months later and he tried to rip me off for a tenner ! This was a while back now but this is the first time ive been asked to rate the company ! I just dont trust this company any longer
