Excellent customer service. Driver professional, friendly in difficult situation when car broke down Xmas day.. and had to collect Xmas meals and return home. Appreciated
This is the second time I would be disappointed and made to be delayed due to the unprofessional attitude of your drivers. Today again, I was meant to get an earlier bus but decided to get your cab. I could not get one in time and your contact agent also confirmed the day is a busy one, but I kept the search on via the app. I and my family then moved to the bus stop just in case we did not get a cab till the bus time. I got a notification of an accepted ride 3mins away and we rushed back to the house, since I booked from there. We were on our way when the app updated to another driver with 6mins away - no problem. At this time, our bus time has passed, but no worries since a rider is on the way. Then the driver canceled the ride without even a recourse to the implication, 3mins away. This is a very bad service that has cost me so much stress. Tells me the level of the professionalism of your driver. Very unreliable. If you won't be going WHY DID YOU ACCEPT THE OFFER ! I have had good services but 1, 2 too many.
This service is very good. Receptionist (lady, don’t know her name), has answered my call many times, she is friendly and efficient, always has a smile in her voice. Drivers on time, handy reminder text and friendly. Mostly cars are clean and smoke free.

Always use Kelvin Kabs when I’m in EK. I used to live there and used there service back then and the phone number is always the first one to pop into my head! Great fast service and nice friendly drivers. Always feel safe as a female travelling alone too which is a definite plus!
Good to be able to talk to operator and not rely on automated service.,Taxi arrived promptly, friendly driver applied my pensioner discount. I had not been told about this before but it’s a great idea. Dropped me off exactly where I wanted. Excellent service.
This company are normally a great service. I had to cancel the taxi today due to running late and not being able to get to my work on time. I called to cancel it and the lady over the phone was very abrupt telling me they had lots of bookings and she said to give my name in a rude manner raising her voice. I appreciate it is a very busy period, but I don't think there is any call for being spoken to in that way. Feeling disappointed. I don't think I will be using this company again.
I don’t use taxis very often but downloaded the Kelvin Kabs app for a night out on Friday. Drivers to and from the Cricklewood were genuinely nice guys, journeys were smooth and fares reasonable. Will use again when I need a taxi!
