I don’t normally write reviews but this morning I was unable to take my usual transport to work. So I had to call castle cars. The travel price in every other taxi firm is £9.10, with castle cars it’s apparently £21?!!
Didn’t turn up. Said 10 minutes and still said eta 9 minutes after the initial time had passed. Unreliable so ended up walking. Dreadful service.
This taxi driver I had tonight has. Just restored humanity ! What a thoughtful and lovely driver I cannot thank you enough
Called twice before I got an answer from an extremely tired female.....sounded like she sleeping....said taxi would 40mins. Duly waited, no taxi, called again twice and no answer. TERRIBLE service for single female passengers.
OMG!!! Thank goodness I was in the taxi with my niece as Goodness knows what would have happened to her!!! Taxi driver actually driving at 5mph knowing we had a train to catch!!! Then saying didn't have a Caed Machine??? Then hadn't change as he didn't carry cash!!! A very scary taxi ride!!! I would avoid!!!

I ordered a taxi and had cheek off of the officer. Told her to stop being cheeky and got old she’d come to my location and “batter me”. Phoned back got told to eat he the queens funeral and jump off a bridge.
I liked that I could pre-order a taxi and it arrived on time.
We pre booked a taxi a couple of days in advance for 7am on a Saturday for 4 of us plus luggage. The person we spoke to on the phone was helpful, and the taxi arrived on time. We had a reaally nice driver and we would recommend this company, and would use them again
Due to circumstances out of my control I've had to stay in a local hotel for a couple of nights. Used castle cars last night to go to my local about a mile away, cost £2.50. Same journey tonight, £6.20. They sent a 7 seater and there's a premium for them. Gave them a call and was offered my next taxi for free, happy with that.
