   I have a terrible experience with a driver of a GREY DACIA DUSTER, Registration No. SJ19 JCL. The driver refused to stop at my destination but rather went some miles to make a U-turn and later came back to the same point where I told him to stop earlier. He deliberately did this so that I could pay more, when I called his attention to this! He said he will call the Police on me if I don't pay him. I told him to go ahead to call the cops as I would be more than happy to tell them what he did, I called the EKCO office twice but UNFORTUNATELY they told me to call back on Monday Aug 4th (as today is Saturday August 2nd) .While this was going I decided to pay him but he start flinging my goods on the floor and making comments like this is his country!what am I looking for in his country!That am depending on his country's tax to survive!I told him who are you to decide which country i live and whether am an illegal immigrant?The driver made many racism remarks at me and I have to call the office again but I was told to call on Monday so that I can make a complaint to the manager. I have never experienced this maltreatment from anyone since I have been living in Scotland. I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED BY THE SERVICES RENDERED BY BOTH EKCO AND THEIR DRIVER.

   Taxi was quick to arrive, however, after the other drop off ( now being a lone female in the cab) the driver Informed me I could only pay by cash , I explained I was not told this when I called to book and i did not have cash. He drove me to an ATM ( which also did not have cash) and very kindly continually charged me for the privilege...when pulling into my residential street asked if there was a cash machine here. . No obvs, then pulled out his card machine... this taxi cost me a tenner more than same journey from another cab company between Xmas & boxing day . I won't use again, I felt uncomfortable in the cab.

   Call handler was so rude (female). I called to cancel a car and she said it's outside, I said it's definitely not I'm here right now looking outside. She asked if I got another taxi, I said yeah I had arranged a lift elsewhere which is why I'm cancelling this one. She said are you seriously cancelling this when the taxis outside? And hung up the phone on me. The red car she described was not outside and she was so rude.

   Awful. Asked for a taxi to take us to a nearby wedding. Despite a lot of chasing, just didn’t turn up. Eventually the same bloke who had taken other guests returned to get us. Got there late. The dispatcher just said that they didn’t promise it’d be on time. Just dreadful. Avoid.

   So I pre booked a taxi and it didn’t arrive for its right time. I gave it 10 mins to come cause maybe they were busy. So I phoned up and the women on the phone was very rude and told me I was liar and didn’t pre book as they just got it. I told her I had the email to show and she simply said I had to wait. This wouldn’t have bothered me so much if the women on the phone wasn’t so rude to me . So I decided to cancel cause I’m not giving my money to people like that. Kelvin kabs are much better

   This is my first time using the taxi and never again, booked a taxi today at 6 pm told the operator on the phone that I need a taxi at 7:30 pm first the taxi came went back because he didn't know the house, which I clearly told the operator on the phone. Finally the came. Told him the addresse I was going in Glasgow. He said ok, on our way I noticed he didn't know where he was going because the navigation system keeps putting up the minutes showing from 6 mins went on to 12 minutes from 12 minutes went on to 15 minutes get to a point I had to ask him if he knows where he was going he said no he hasn't not been in the area before., then he asked me if I have been in the area before I said only once but I'm not too sure that's why I took a cab. After a while, he gets upset saying I should come down because he can't find the place that he is already in the area I should ask people. I told him I can't come down he needs to take me to my destination, the next thing he told me to be pay him 24 pounds, this is a place I went once I paid 16 pounds for the taxi that took me! It was only 16 pounds because it's was a bank holiday normally it's 14pounds. I told him I can't pay 24 pounds because he's didn't take me to my destination he starts to threaten me telling me he will come to my house with the police and so on. I told him I can't pay that amount as he's been roaming around for the past 15 minutes not knowing where he was going. I told him I can only pay 14 pounds Which he allowed. Me to pay at the end. Then I went on walking on the dark street on my own asking people where I'm going. I called the office to report, my greatest shock was when the lady at the office said there's nothing they can do since I'm already in the area I.just look for where I'm going.
