Phoned for a taxi back to my hotel from a restaurant. Got told I'd booked a taxi from A1 for the same destination. This was despite being dropped off an hour earlier by one of their drivers. Pretty poor, we won't be using them again
Booked a taxi in advance and it turned up 1 hour late for the booking time. Don't use this company if you're needing to be somewhere on time as this seems to be a regular occurrence going by the reviews.
(Booked online) Taxi drivers are lovley however shows up at least half an hour late even if booked ahead of time. Very regular occurrence.
Worst taxi service in Bellshills !! I book a taxi from Mossend to Newhouse most mornings and end up being late for work because there's never any cover in the Bellshill area early in the morning !! Especially after a Celtic or Rangers game the night ! Waited 20 minutes for a taxi and got nothing so ended up being late to work !!

Warning! Taxis booked in advance cannot be guaranteed. Just been told this by the call operator when I called to find out where my cab was. Be aware of this because the app accepts advance bookings without making this clear.
