   Booked 3 days before Christmas day . Booking was confirmed and received a text message . Then after my Christmas dinner I Received a message (3 hours before pickup) telling me booking was cancelled . Apparently they didn't cover my area even though I was sitting next to my brother who has used them several times in same area . Won't use again and advise anyone thinking of using them not to .

   I started using TOA as they were more reliable, especially from Sainsburys in the retail park. Recently though i have been waiting longer and longer and don't even try to get out of there on a Saturday morning as most drivers wont even go down there at the weekend and they openly admit that to you. Though i would go to Lidl Hamilton as easier to get in and out of, still stood for 45mins before it finally arrived. I don't know what's happening with them but the service is getting worse!

   I have been using this company for nearly 2 years and have always been more than satisfied with their service When I phone they are always friendly and professional, taxis have always arrived on time and drivers are courteous and professional as well as helpful with my husband who has Parkinsons - wouldn't use any other service

   I am not using this taxi service again. The woman who answers the phones needs an attitude adjustment. Not sure who she thinks she is but she needs taken down a notch! Needs to learn how to speak to people. If she doesn't like her job she maybe needs to work elsewhere. You would think considering I was trying to be a regular customer she would treat me a bit better. I hope she is not an owner of this company. She needs sacked. Lighten up a bit eh love! I have went with a different taxi company today. Taxi’s we're quicker and none of this rubbish everytime I try and book.

   Woman on reception was un informative . Didn't give me any idea on times and kept saying not sure when will arrive even though i booked 1 hr in advance. HELLO its a taxi booking service . When they did arrive. The taxi driver was very nice and good journey .

   Booked a taxi an hour in advance and it still did not arrive on time. Got a text 20 minutes after the time I booked saying it was on its way. Driver also did not listen to my directions on the phone. Ended up late!

   Booked a taxi at 22:01, at 22:13 got a text saying that my taxi was dispatched then 5 minutes later the taxi driver decided to not pick me up and my booking went back to dispatch so I waited until 22:30 then called dispatch to find out what was happening, they told me they couldn't get anyone to pick me up I said that's fine I'll wait, ended the call, checked the app and the dispatch guy had cancelled my booking. Not impressed.
