Scam. Be careful!!!! They charge and disappear. No confirmation, no car, nothing. I filled a complaint with Action Fraud to make sure they no longer proceed with their business in the UK. BE CAREFUL!
This taxi experience was truly above and beyond! It was the most amazing and caring service I've ever had. I giggled the entire ride and felt completely at ease. Ronnie shared so many interesting stories and made the journey unforgettable. Five-star service all the way—I'll definitely be booking with Rocket Ronnie again!
Ronnie is top notch! Such an amazing man and an even better taxi driver! Got me to where I needed on short notice. I’m not used to the carluke area and needed to go to a salon from the station I called lots of other taxis and they were rude but Ronnie? Ronnie was amazing he answered my call and got to me in 5 mins and we had a lovely chat on the way. Best service I’ve ever had in a taxi and I will 110% be using his service anytime I need a taxi in Carluke. Highly recommend him!! - all the bad reviews are most likely people who have had no patience lol people love to bad mouth, but this right here is an honest review.
On 26/08/23, my wife and I were on vacation from the US and Ronnie Rocket picked us up at the Carluke train station to deliver us to Popinjays hotel. Ronnie offered to take us to see my grandparents homes in Allanton and Carluke. He not only drove us there, he knocked on the door of my great grandparents house. Current owner invited us all in to meet everyone. The 90 year old owner was a person I met in 1964 while visiting my grandparents . He remembered my mother and father. He also remembered me when I was 8 years old at the time. Ronnie went out of his way to make this meeting happen. I highly recommend Rockets Taxi. It was well worth the time and money.

Booked a taxi 2 hours in advance just for it not to show up, tried calling to see what the story was and kept going straight to voicemail. This is the 2nd time this has happened, will never use again !
Called and was told 10 minutes wait which I reluctantly agreed to. After waiting 20 the taxi showed up with another passenger in and I was TOLD not asked if it's ok. Told that this boy was getting dropped on the way. If hed said I'll be 20 minutes and I have to drop someone else ice had said leave it. He then took and hour and a half to get to Glasgow and dropped me about a mile away from where I was going and had the CHEEK to charge me £50 for it acting like it's a discount.
Ronnie collected me at short notice this morning when I urgently needed to get to a GP appointment. Very friendly service indeed.
