Never spoke to a bigger banger in all my life on the phone, shocking company that needs to have a long look at the kids they’ve got working for them
Worst taxi company out there. Really rude girl on phone with hugely bad attitude. Just say I don't have a car available instead of lying and blaming the customer for not being outside waiting for an hour for a phantom cab
Pre ordered taxi for Croy train station for work event in Edinburgh. Taxi didn't turn up. No one contacted me to tell me this however. I only found out when I called the main number and was told the driver had 'refused' the job as they had something else on. Another driver was offered, but pick up would be after my train time. Completely unacceptable. I won't use them again.
Just so you’re aware maybe don’t order a taxi from Cumbernauld Taxis (Taxi Badge number 109) as he was abusive to three female passengers this evening and put them out of the taxi miles from their destination. Will be taking the complaint about the dangerous behaviour up with the council and other relevant authorities but just to make the community aware. Would advise to avoid for now even though we have used the service for years until this point.
My daughter phoned òne today at around 3.30 in the afternoon and wanted a taxi from asda front doors, they cheeky young lassie that was on today turned and said to her that she phoned up one to come to the front door of asda between christmas and new yer and never took it. Because they took 45mins to come and we had frozen stuff and couldn't wait any longer ,so we jumped onto a central cab. When she said she wanted a card reader one ,the telephonist put the fone down on her. Don't know who she is, but she should be sacked. Don't have an issue with anyone else just her. Please find out who she is and scan her.
Absolutely brilliant. I was in cumbernauld for new years . I called multiple taxi firms and no one could come till 6am ( it was 2am when I called) . Cumbernauld taxis came imideaty and were really fast . The driver was amazing and when in my opinion the best roads to get back 10/10 would recomme.
Total joke of a taxi company my 18 year old daughter got a taxi today came to 5.50 she gave him the 7 she gave him a £20 note he gave her 3 pound change she had her son who’s 10 months old so she was distracted wasn’t until she got in the house she realised that he gave her £3 change she phoned asap only to be told it was a tenner she gave him I know it wasn’t a tenner as I was the one who gave her the 20. I phoned the company to be told to get lost basically they have stole my daughters last. Don’t use this joke of a plc utter disgrace of a taxi company picking on young lassies wae kids.
I've recently just moved too cumbernauld. And have used the taxi service on a couple of occasions. Very Polite drivers. Would definitely recommend this to others. Kind regards
Absolute rubbish, especially with customer service and the uncouth little girl that answers the phone at night. The worst taxi company I have ever had to use. I have always had to use them out of hours after a long day’s shift at work, and I always had to deal with the most poorly mannered human being I’ve ever encountered. I’m a doctor and I have a long commute to and from work. When it’s past 21:20, I can’t get a bus back home and I have to get a taxi. First of all, it takes about an hour to get Cumbernauld taxis to send a driver, secondly when you call asking for an update about the taxi or estimated time of arrival, you’re tagged patronising and the uncouth girl hangs up the phone even before hearing what she’s said. Then she went ahead to threaten to cancel my taxi if I kept calling asking for when to expect my driver. Keep in mind this was a good one hour after the request, it was past midnight with no way to go home but with a taxi. This little girl cancelled the taxi, did not care what happened and it’s inhumane/ evil in the least- leave someone stranded because you had the power It shows the company does not keep track of its customer care or staff performance because this was the worst taxi experience I ever had. If they monitored calls between their rep and customers, this would not happen. I had to get a taxi from another company that came in 4 minutes! It was ridiculous, to say the least. I would rate them in the negative if given the chance.
