   Booked a taxi via their automated phone service, received the text confirmation. Then 10 minutes before it was due I got a call from a human telling me that section of the business had been sold so no taxi was coming. If it’s not possible to book with a human and the automated service isn’t smart enough to reject bookings from postcodes that are no longer covered, you need to have someone checking the bookings and giving more than 10 minutes’ notice that the car can’t be provided. Left me and my 6-year-old stranded.

   I use this taxi company regularly with no problems. But last night was terrible I booked a taxi from KFC i said suachihall st it's across from lauders (KFC is actually renfield st)so yes my mistake easily done. Didn't know there's another KFC further up where the taxi was. After apologising to control, to be shouted at and told you know wit your not getting a taxi don't use us again that's exactly what il.Do

   Phoned a taxi at 22.44 tonight, told 20mins, called after 30 mins, told taxi is at polmadie would be a few mins. Now 23.44 and car still not here and call ringing out for over 15 mins!! Not amused. Why say at polmadie when clearly wasn't!
