Quick response time, absolutely lovely driver.
Didn't have a car within 20mins despite one dropping off at my location who said he couldn't take me.
Booked taxi for 22.45 4 hrs previously, not a problem we were told. When phone to enquire where taxi is, get a quite blunt reply, that no drivers that are wanting to go there and collect we managed amicable......but no one phoned back to say that we have taxi or that there was no chance of getting one! We managed to get home....thanks fir any decks that were given......however I doubt one was given V unprofessional
Very rude and drivers pick up other passengers even tho they sent me driver's registration number. Waiting with a toddler in the rain, not first time anyway. I'm never calling them again and I used them regularly and was always leaving them tips. The worse company ever
Waited half an hour for our taxi to be taken by someone else. Another taxi sent out. Multiple phone calls later he was struggling to find us. Stressful experience all round.
