   This shambles of a taxi company shouldn’t even get 1 star, pre-booked a taxi in early morning for a 130pm pick up, I expressed that they needed to be on time as train journey to follow for family funeral, confirmed my booking with 10 minutes before pick up, after several phone calls i was told no driver in the area and those that were working did not have vehicle to LEZ zone, luckily phoned a Torrance cab and quickly explained the situation and had car with me within 10 mins and made train, East Dunbartonshire TOA I’m sure most will agree had continued to go down hill year after year, i will never use them again.

   Waited 50 minutes for a taxi after being told it wouldn't be long. My son missed his football game, my kids were standing aboit waiting to get in the house. Also was charge £9.60 more than the taxi I iaed getting to the same place I was picked up from. Absolute joke, I will not be using this service ever again. Very poor and expensive.

   40 minutes wait for a 7 minute drive, poor customer service. We have used this company for 40 years, never again.

   Do not use this company. Booked a taxi the day before to attend my mums funeral. Phoned them 5 minutes after the taxi was due to be told they didn't have the required vehicle (6 passengers) for us on that day. They could have told us earlier so that we could make alternative arrangements, but didn't, all they would say is "sorry, we can't fulfill your booking". dreadful customer service.
