   I attended CECOS for 3 years, and looking back, I can say it was an important part of my educational journey. Now, as I pursue my master's degree in education and conduct a small action research project, I thought it would be beneficial to reach out to my former college to conduct a survey. I sent two emails, one to Emma and the other to Rakesh, requesting permission to carry out this survey. What really upset me was the complete lack of response from them. Even if I hadn’t received approval, I expected at least a brief reply acknowledging my request. This experience took me back to a statement made by one of my teachers at CECOS, who told us that we, the students, are just a number to them, and that the institution operates solely as a business without any genuine concern for us. At the time, I found it hard to believe, but now it seems that this perspective still resonates. It’s disheartening to see that, despite the years I spent there, that attitude hasn’t changed. I hope that in the future, CECOS will improve its communication with former students and demonstrate that they truly value our contributions. UPDATE I received an email from student support.
