   Hired taxi service from overseas to make sure my mom had a safe ride to the airport. Nadal from Tunisia went above and beyond his duties. He made her feel at ease when she was very nervous to fly, and she has been raving about him for weeks. I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but can not recommend this company more. Excellent service!

   While i'm not best placed to comment on reliability of taxi service I can advise that their refund policy leaves a lot to be desired.They claim a full refund will be given as long as at least 24hrs notice prior to booking is given. While I cancelled my booking some 5 days prior to date booked I still await my £230 refund some 11 weeks later despite repeated requests. .

   Awful service. Taxi booked well in advance to give me ample time. Received the notification it was coming but never did. 2 more notifications came that it was delayed then a final one telling me “successfully cancelled”. Not by me it wasn’t. I phoned them to be told it automatically cancels itself after half an hour. Won’t use them again.

   I am not happy with their service.They didn't arrived at a time .we need to called them every time that we had booked a taxi at this time.we nearly missed our bus time.like this service customer will not be happy. If the customer booked a taxi they will wait for the taxi at a time.So please arrived at a time.

   If it was possible, I would give Saltire Private Hire 5+ stars. They provided us with an excellent transport service, taking me and my family 400 miles safely from Glasgow to London on very short notice. After spending the new year holiday in Glasgow, we got stranded there due to weather disruptions and cancellation of our train. We were worried about returning to London in time for our work, studies and connecting flights elsewhere the following day. Although we had booked a cab with another firm earlier, we were let down after waiting for six hours because their driver became unavailable last minute. To our relief, we found Saltire Private Hire and they were able to turn things around within 15 minutes, locating our driver, keeping us informed and updated via their online tracking of the driver's route to our pick up place. Our driver, Vita, was very kind, considerate, helpful and professional. He was clearly committed and serious about his work, driving us for 7 hours one way with great humor and friendliness. This really made our day after a difficult start. I highly recommend the services of Saltire Private Hire and Vita for their helpfulness, reliability and transparency, especially in times of challenging travel conditions.

   Ordered a car from this company to pick myself and my family up from Edinburgh Airport. They tracked my flight and realised I was delayed. Communication was outstanding with both texts and phone calls. On my arrival my driver was walking into the terminal building to meet us. The driver David was very courteous and friendly. Very pleasant and smooth journey after a very long day. This is the second time I've used this company and would highly recommend them.

Cannot fault them in any way, they are always on time, the cars are spotless and most importantly, the drivers are all lovely. Really professional.    Margaret contacted with her phone number and to confirm pickup just before the agreed time which gave welcome reassurance. I had previously been notified of the car make and registration which was extremely helpful. The car was immaculate, as was the service. I would certainly be inclined to use this company and this driver again. Highly recommended.
