   Great Service! We booked an airport transfer for our honeymoon flights through Raz's website which we found very easy and customer service up to the pick up was great.    Ali arrived on time and didn’t fuss when we took 5 mins to get to the car. The car was pristine and so comfortable Ali introduced himself with warmth and good humour. He put us at ease with his personality , driving skills and knowledge of the roads. We had arranged a return pick up and Ali said to let him know by text or call if we wanted to be picked up earlier than arranged. Both trips with Ali made our day ,to ride in such luxury and convenience was a dream! I would highly recommend Raz Private Hire to family and friends and Ali in particular! The booking system online was easy to use and further questions I had about luggage and size of vehicle was answered very promptly via WhatsApp. The driver was very personable and so helpful - he helped me with my cases and kids into the airport and also provided a car seat too.    This was a fantastic company to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is searching for an airport taxi or otherwise. Their communication with customers is second to none. There is instant confirmation of booking ( email, WhatsApp, text, ) as well as communication a few days before the pick up. Also to say they are on their way and when they have arrived. All this is very reassuring, especially if you have a flight to catch. They are also very friendly and the taxis are comfortable and clean.

   After bad experiences with Taxis in Glasgow, I was nervous about getting a ride to the airport. Service was great. I had a few initial questions and got extremely fast replies through chat. Pick was confirmed by text the day before. Morning pickup, got text saying on the way. Could watch where driver was on map. Got text when driver arrived at hotel. Great experience and will use again next time in Glasgow.

Driver was 30 mins early but no pressure to leave earlier than booked. Provided child seat. Clean and tidy vehicles. Friendly service Would highly recommend.
