   I recently had a very disappointing experience with Glasgow Private Hire. On Thursday evening, we took a taxi from George Square at Queens Street Railway Station. The first drop-off was at Bishopbriggs, and the second was at Lenzie. We were charged £20 and £29 respectively for these trips, which seemed excessive. Upon inquiring, the company estimated the fare should have been £32.60 in total. To make matters worse, my friend who was in the taxi with me was charged an additional £28 on top of the £20 fare, which she only noticed when checking her bank statement. This overcharging feels like a scam, and it’s frustrating that there seems to be no straightforward procedure to submit a claim with Glasgow Taxis. While we acknowledge that we should have confirmed the fare beforehand, it’s disappointing to have been taken advantage of in this way. I would advise others to be cautious and ensure they confirm the fare before starting their journey to avoid any unpleasant surprises. Shame there is no way to select 0 star!

   Good fine very expensive it's got please put prices down too much expensive. U need to put a rule down the drivers cannot put Extra too much money if a person pops In a shop thy shudnot put two fifty only one or two driver's did it. Popping in and out is not long putting over two fifty is wrong shud have been much lesser.

   This company have been 80% good, just i was taking my small dog to the vet smaller than a cat i might add ,and the driver refused, saying you should say when contacting,,but this is not possible when i book through their preferred way on the app , so i think they need to look at this

   Wanted taken up the City Centre for an appointment, Phoned the guy and he was outside in like 2 minutes, Which was great, I left my appointment & phoned for a pickup at 16.15pm and didn't get picked up till 17.00pm...TOTAL JOKE...maby try Uber in future?

   2 rides two diffrent experiences. First one: driver charged us at least £7 more than he supposed to. Second one : £24 fixed price to Glasgow airport. Driver polite picked us up less than 10 minutes after a call

   visiting friend called for taxi, was told it would be 45mins, person hung up as he was asking a question, got a text much later just saying taxi could not find my address so trip cancelled, he called to see what had happened they ordered a second, same thing again. no wonder uber took over. pathetic, he ended up flagging down a black cab

   Very bad service! I booked a taxi around 4pm for pick up at 5.15, for a vet appointment. I explained I had a small dog to be taken. At 5.15 nobody showed up. I phoned them to be told not all drivers like pets. Fair enough. But no update? No apologies for the delay? No warning that a delay was possible due to the fact not all drivers like pets? It happens that my dog had fever and this appointment was an emergency appointment. I will not use this service anymore. You driver who does not like dogs are loosing money! Dogs are clean, dogs are well behaved! Mine is! Horrible service! Shame on you!
