   I pre booked through Caledonian Cabs because I had a very early flight and have been abandoned by taxis in the past. Caledonian was very easy to book, sent great communication, and the driver was on time and very friendly. He helped with my large luggage and got me to the airport with plenty of time. Thanks!

   Driver Ilia was a breath of fresh air! Arrived early and phoned to ensure he had the right address as the collection point was a bit out of the way, helped with luggages, drove perfectly, and all that. The booking system was also very straight forward. And they accepted my cat in a carrier without any issues. (if you figure out your cat's page, let me know! xx) Thank you for making a stressful time more enjoyable!

   Great service and friendly driver, Ilia. When heading to the airport you want to be sure the taxi comes on time so you don't miss your flight. I haven't used Caledonian Cabs before and I want to be sure to recommend them. Book online, confirmation by email, notified when driver is en route and when the taxi has arrived. Ilia was personable and friendly and made the trip much easier after having to say goodbye to family as I head back to the U.S.

   We hired Caledonian to take us from Glasgow to Edinburgh Airport, and bring us back to Glasgow when we returned from our trip. Our driver, Ilya, was excellent. He was punctual, very polite, and helpful with our luggage. We enjoyed the friendly chat on both rides. It was simple to book and pay online, and there were no issues with communication whatsoever. It made for the perfect start and end to our trip, and we'll definitely use Caledonian again in the future.

   A train strike on the day we had to get from Glasgow to Edinburgh had us looking for an alternative mode of transportation. Luckily we found Caledonian Cabs. They quickly got back to me with a quote and I made the reservation. They sent me the name and vehicle identification for our driver right away. The driver was on time and his car was comfortable. We would definitely use them again. They were a pleasure to do business with.

   I booked online after not being able to get through on the phone. A few hours before the taxi was due to pick us up from the airport I received an email saying the cab had been canceled, with no reason given. I tried calling again a few times but none of my calls were ever answered. We'd booked a 2 hour journey from the airport to an isle off the mainland so trying to find another taxi for that trip on such short notice was a nightmare. Maybe this is a good company if you can get through on the phone, but I wouldn't trust their online booking system.

   Our driver, Dobromir, was a pleasure. He was very communicative via text before we even left for Glasgow. He easily found us at the airport and got us safely and quickly to Edinburgh. My husband had a nice conversation with him along the way. I definitely recommend using Caledonian Cab.

   I booked a taxi from Inverness to Glasgow with this company as there were no trains due to the train strike. On the website it says you can cancel at any time. I decided to cancel and repeatedly tried to contact them. Their phone number was unavailable! They had taken the full amount from my bank account. Things were not looking good so I tried sending another email and phoning on someone else's phone but same message, 'You are out of credit and need to top up your account'. But their phone was post paid so this message was irrelevant. Since then I have not been able to contact them or get any answer to my emails or phone calls. Do not use this company I would just like to reply to the statement from Caledonian cabs below. All my emails were sent and received. The reason I couldn't get through is that you do not answer the calls. The cab never arrived at the pick up address. You are just lying.

   Was a bit nervous because I booked and paid for a taxi to the airport before reading the reviews here, and wondered if it was a mistake, but I had a good experience. Received email updates and confirmations , as well as the drivers details. Arrived promptly and nice driver. Would use again.
