   The only reason I've given one star is because the woman who answered the phone was lovely & friendly - a great first impression, however after a 15 minute wait I called back to be told by another operator that they still hadn't allocated a car for me. That would be understandable at pub closing times or when people were going out, however that wasn't the case. Very disappointed as I like to support smaller businesses whenever I can...

   Not sure what happened with the last reviewers but I've always been able to rely on 247 taxis. Used them multiple times for quick trips into city centre and out to the airport and back (to dennistoun) - really reasonable rates, the staff taking bookings are polite and friendly, they always call to let you know when taxi is approaching and I've never had a problem with any of the drivers. This is the only taxi company in the Glasgow area that I'd actually recommend.
