   This should be a zero star review terrible people the taxi was 1 hour late and I was late to my event and on top of that I requested a taxi with a card machine and the lady on the phone said that will provided and when I got in the car the man said that he did not have a card machine which took 20 minutes to figure out what to do and I was already late the taxi driver did not care.

   Woman answering the phones is rude from the get go - don't know what your problem is lady but if you're that miserable at your job that you need to have an attitude as you answer it's probably time to quit!!

   Booked a taxi on the app called to check if it was card payment and was told I didn't have a taxi booked are you sure it was us I said yes I booked through the app to be met with the rudest woman on the phone " a dont have anything for you, you may be as well canceling it I don't have anything available" I don't mind the fact no one was available it was the sheer attitude definitely won't be using again! Baring in mind I have a confirmation email. You might be having a bad day but there's absolutely no need to speak in the tone you did I was nothing but polite and if I remember correctly phone calls are recorded I genuinely hope your manager does something about it :)

   Today I called several taxi services in the area These lovely people was the only ones who wanted to help me with my unusual request And helped me and my family to track down a family member they wouldn’t even charge me When we come for the funeral we will only use your service God bless you lovely people you really are blessed I hope you are super busy you deserve it From me and my family thank you ❤️

   I cannot praise this taxi service more! I am lead to believe the woman who was doing the phone service is the manageress, I was very unfamiliar with the area was in, but she could not have been more helpful, taxi arrived within 2 mins from ending phone call. The driver was extremely pleasant, and made us feel comfortable in our journey back home. If there were 10 stars it would still be a 10 star rating. Thank you guys

   Not worth it. No show, with texts that the taxi had already arrived and a very rude operator who kept saying that the taxi was 'just around the corner' over more than 40 minutes waiting in the rain.

   Ordered night before for airport, actually spoke to a person lol arrived exactly on time, very pleasant lady Lorraine helped with all bags very chatty which I like rather than sitting in awkward silence txt with ref and colour of car within minutes of arrival

   Worst taxi company about! Phoned for a taxi waiting outside my friend's house at 1am. I waited half an hour before I phoned to asked where it was and if it was still coming. The operator was rude to me and told me my car had been and gone. I said to her that I was standing in the middle of the road on a one way street and there hasn't been any cars stop or pass. She got angry with me and accused me of being drunk and that I should pay more attention. I had to wait another half an hour for a different company to pick me up. Absolutely shocking behaviour !

   Car failed to arrive. Called them and they said Another one would be sent. No car again, and waited alll in for an hour. Would advise not to use these guys. Go for the station taxi at Johnstone - a safer bet.
