Absolutely appalling service. I made 3 email enquiries, a telephone call , visited the open day AND made an online application for an Art class which was never acknowledged. Despite explaining this on the phone to someone at the Bexley Council office after giving up online (no one seemed available at LE) , I was told someone would contact me. They did when I was in the middle of a lunch that I could not leave. I asked to be rung back (no number was visible) and as you guessed, no one ever did. I have tried to apply for a course for 6 weeks now. Why advertise a course if no one replies to my application? I won't bother , that £144 you've lost , and will find a course that is actually run properly
