Fantastic. Every time I phoned them from my friends house to go home Friday and Saturday nights they are there within 15-20 minutes. Been using them for years and have never let me down, very reasonable prices never thought about using anyone else xx
Phoned a taxi on a Sunday to take my girlfriend to out of hours as she has been in pain. This was explained in the phone when we called them. 20 minutes passed and we receive no call back or any indication thatthe taxi is there so we walk outside and find it sitting there. The driver then turns and tells us that he has canceled the job as nobody was standing waiting outside for him. We explain that she is trying to get to the hospital to see a doctor and he simply disregards this and tells us to go and phone another car. So we did and we requested not to be given the driver who was rude, unprofessional and completely unsympathetic to the situation we were and we were told that a received no call back because the number was withheld (this is a lie, our number is not ) and that we will take whatever driver we are given. So we simply phoned another company and booked through them, they had no issue giving us a call back without asking our number as it was not withheld. This was a joke.
Awful company. My boyfriend called a taxi to take me to hospital, the car arrived without announcing itself in any way (we live on the first floor away from the road, and had no way of knowing the car was there). We went to check after figuring it should be there and were told to call another because we were late! So much for emergency hospital trips...
Terrible service. Never use this mob, especially at the weekend. They will tell you that you will have to wait an hour for a taxi, an hour goes by and they'll tell you it will be another hour. This will go on and on and the taxi will never show up. They don't actually intend on coming to pick you up, they just lie to you in case one of their other fairs doesn't show up!
