Do not use this company . Loan woman are not safe . Today going to work I was verbally abused by a coloured driver for telling him he was in the incorrect lane . (Trying to help him) His threatening behaviour lead me to feel trapped in a moving car terrified I would be hurt by him . Rude misogynist and frightening experience . Pls don’t use .

Absolutely shocking. Booked a taxi 1 hour in advance. 'No issues'. Family was left in the snow and ice for 40 minutes after the agreed time and still no one turned up..... it was also an airport run so has made our start to our holiday rubbish and rushed. They never actually allocated a driver to the job and as a result, when we were due to be picked up.... nothing. Also lied twice on the phone to say that the driver was only moments away. Useless!
This is a dreadful company. I used them last year after arriving back at Glasgow Airport in the middle of the night. They have me a price which then had an extra £2/3 added when we arrived at our destination. I rang the company the next morning but they were uninterested and claimed the price was just rough. I live in England and the price quoted is what you pay. Foolishly, we used it again this year after arriving back from Turkey. We were told a car would be there shortly and it would be £8/9. 28 minutes later I rang again to be told it was on it's way.... It took 40 minutes to come from Hillington to the airport and then they charged me £11.50!!!! I think they're a rude, unprofessional company who are scamming customers, especially people coming from the airport! Definitely won't ever use them again. I'd rather walk back.
Absolutely the rudest person I have spoken to on the phone ever. I call to book a taxi for 8am the next morning, apparently that cant be done. Tried to ask what time they start and just got hung up on. Got the missus to call 1 minute later and 8am is absolutely doable however our street doesnt exist and to check the address. Give these clowns a miss and give your business to someone who deserves it.
Disgrace of a service !! Phones taxi , got a text & withing literally 10 seconds the car had drive away ... Have the text to show with registration . Called back to tell woman & was totally dismissed & send another one with be there soon . next one come same defo plate but also happens again considering I was lurked waiting In the rain & also hurricane Desmond unfortunitly . Phoned back & third car was sent this time a dif one & actually arrived by suprise .. Lost a few costumers there due to the total ignorance of your call handlers & also the driver you have
