   Very unprofessional and unsafe behaviour I am a regular customer of Renfrew Cab Company, but this recent incident was extremely shocking and unacceptable. After a payment was made online using my bank card, the driver claimed the payment was declined. Instead of handling this professionally, the driver trespassed onto my property, banged aggressively on my door, and shouted at my wife and children who were inside the house, demanding that the door be opened. I was not at home at the time, and my family understandably felt frightened and unsafe, so they did not open the door. No customer or their family should ever be put in a situation like this, especially over a payment issue that could have been resolved through the company directly. This behaviour was completely unprofessional and made my family feel unsafe in our own home. I am extremely disappointed, and this incident has seriously affected my trust in the company.    What a nightmare. Awful dreadful company, they never have any taxis, the women on the other end of the phone sound as if they have been dragged out of bed, and have no sympathy or standard of professionalism if by chance you need a taxi to come on time. Furthermore forget about asking when that taxi might arrive as they pull the waiting times out their backside. Whats the point of having a taxi company in Renfrew, if you own all the other providers to never have any decent service. Waste of time, might as well walk to Africa quicker than it takes Renfrew cabs to provide any decent service

   Booked taxi at 8am for a 1120pm pick up at airport with my 2 young kids and wife, it came 30 mins late after numerous calls and how theyve made me “ priority “ when it finally came the taxi driver was useless.

   One star is from a disability point of view. Their services listed say they offer wheelchair accessible taxis. This is only partially true. If you have a foldable wheelchair they can put it in the boot. If you need to stay in the wheelchair then they’re not accessible and can’t offer you a taxi.

   Very unreliable taxi service, would avoid if possible. Meter reading in taxi also never match the price estimated on the app.

   Celebrating our 30th anniversary by renewing our vows with invited family and friends we hired an excellent venue. We organised 4 cabs from Renfrewshire Cabs to pick up visiting family and ourselves at our home to take us to our special night and same again to get us all home after midnight. only to be let down by the cab company only sending 3 cabs and informing us we were a no show for the 4th cab?? My wife and I ended up driving and leaving our car overnight at the venue. Again at the end of a great night we were left standing outside our venue for over an hour trying to get home and our calls fell on deaf ears . Pretty pathetic customer service from Renfrewshire Cabs.

   My go to for taxis, however my previous driver was awful. Firstly arrived at the wrong pick up area, got that sorted by phoning an operator. During the journey he began speeding to our location resulting in us having to ask him to slow down and drive the limit as we were being jolted forward and felt uneasy since it's you know, illegal. Upon arrival at out destination the driver told us he cancelled the trip because we weren't at the (wrong) pick up area and that we now had to pay with cash that we didn't have, even though we booked to pay with card on the app. After explaining that we needed to pay with card, the driver took QUITE the huff because he needed to switch on his card reader (such a hassle for him I'm sure). Once he set up his card reader he decided to add on a lovely tip for himself which we of course refused, was only a few pounds which I'd normally not bother, but for such a horrible trip with a rude driver? I don't think so mate! Turned in to a bit of a back and forth as he was refusing to put the fare back to its original amount. Isn't my first bad experience with one of their drivers but up there with the worst.
