I am happy with the entire experience learning here, it was easy to find, I felt looked after by the staff, they have a kitching you can use to reheat food which I liked so I can pack my own lunch. The courses I took were informative and i feel confident to start my own fitness brand with personal training and sports massage therapy.

My SIA training experience under Mr. Samuel was eye-opening and impactful. He taught with clarity, patience, and professionalism, making complex security concepts easy to understand. His discipline and dedication inspired me to take the security industry seriously and perform with confidence.
Horrific customer service. From day one as course dates were changed and I was never informed until I arrived on the day. Building freezing cold and all regular staff very unhelpful and rude. While in the class there was a very disruptive student who made it very difficult to learn eventually the teacher did ask him to leave which resulted in a full blown argument with us all present, management had been informed and should have stepped in way beforehand. When I asked to complain and to who I can complain to I was told by the centre manager Banji Oladimeji that he didn't know who I could complain to but just go online and that he had a meeting. As the centre manager he should have made arrangements with me to investigate exactly what my issues were, he should have made some attempt to resolve my complaint. My overall experience was that the both teachers I had did their best and enabled me to pass with flying colours although the centre was just not good enough. I did my level 2 safeguarding which was funded by the government and in doing so the centre funded the SIA course and licence. I did not want to complete one of the two questionnaires presented to me at the end to which I was told by Nadira Sharmin the receptionist that If I did not I won't get my certificates. I was then told by Banji the centre manager that in fact I could just have my certificates but they will not fund the SIA licence. I intend on taking this further to do my own investigation with the government who funded my course to find out if this is allowed and make a complaint there.
Great training provider. Treated students with respect and I enjoyed the tutors and whole experience while studying
