    I had a taxi booked for 11:45am to take me to Motherwell station for a train to London. The driver was a no show and I have tried calling 3 times with no answer. This was booked 24 hours in advance and I specifically told the operator I needed the driver to be there on time otherwise I’d miss my connecting train. Absolute disgrace. My ticket was non refundable so It’s cost me a significant amount of money. Scandalous way to run a business. Avoid like the plague.

    Booked a taxi. Gave 7 hours notice. Taxi did not arrive. Tried to call to enquire or book another taxi 5 times over a 3 hour period and was put to to voicemail each time. Still haven’t heard what happened to my taxi.

    Absolutely disgusting service, would give no stars if I could, driver had an absolutely awful attitude and terrible customer service skills, wanted me to go somewhere I didn't know because it would be easier for him, he was getting angry and shouting at me through the phone. had to cancel journey because I refuse to get in a car with someone who talkes to customers like the way he did. So was left stranded trying to get another taxi because there is no other public transport to get where I needed to go. Was very stressed and upset, would never recommend.

    SHAMBLES Organised a taxi this evening called twice and confirmed same however the company turned phone off or refused to answer for over 1 1/2 hrs after midnight.... At present now waiting for a taxi comi g from a distance and no doubt going to cost a lot more than anticipated...... Friendly local service NO WAY... Leave punters stranded when they have you're number... Use a big company more reliable.... VERY DISAPPOINTED
