   Taxi confirmed to be £40 from Lanark to Blantyre. Taxi drops is off & demands £70. We didn’t have that & intimidated to be ripped off further

   Wouldn't even give one star but I guess I have to give something. So so rude and so overpriced too. For someone who is disabled and needing to go to an important drs appt for a checkup from brain and spine surgery regularly the response I got from this company was. It's not worth our while. Ok so my money isn't good enough is that because im disabled or is it because you are a rude bunch of animals who run a dreadful and poor service. Majorly overpriced for the distance travelled. I would rather drag my legs behind me than get a taxi from this shambles of a company. Maybe a law suit for discrimination or a wee call to trading standards will be required as it doesn't appear to only be me that has had similar service. Luckily I managed to get another company who don't discriminate their customers to make it on time.

   Shocking, my mother and her friends booked an airport run and this company never turned up! leaving them to find another taxi to get them to the airport in time at 7am in the morning!! Absolutely disgusted they left pensioners like this without a phone call either! my advice keep well clear! Not even an apology either! says it all.
