   Craig picked me up for my wedding last month and not only did he look super professional the white wedding taxi was clean and spotless inside and out. More importantly, he was on time despite many unexpected road closures around my venue because of a marathon, and he also made a last minute detour without complaint to pick up my mum who had got stuck in the diversions and saved the day to make sure we all got to the wedding! He also kept us laughing despite the chaos and without him there could have been disaster! Definitely money well spent!

   It ride was fine, and the guy was plenty nice, no problems. My issue was the price. 9.50 just to start when every other taxi was 4.50 to start. The sign where he stopped to drop me off at the airport said 5, but he charged me an extra 6 instead of 5. A 5 minute ride plus a 5£ should have been closer to the 9.50, not almost 20£.

   Our taxi was booked for 5.00am but didn’t turn up until 5.31am. We had left by then as we were going to miss our flight. We kept calling, but Paisley Taxis said they were too busy. We had to rush in poor weather and ask people at the airport to let us skip the queue in order to make it on time. We had to incur the extortionate cost of parking at the airport. I will avoid this taxi service in the future and advise everyone else to do the same. Avoid!

   Excellent early morning service to the airport. Booked online in advance through TOA Cabs Ltd. Driver was 10 minutes early, helped us load suitcases, and was very friendly. Car was immaculate too. Will definitely use again!

   Waited 40mins for a taxi, when I called the operator to get the estimated time of the arrival ( waiting for a taxi to the airport so understandably would like to know) was shouted at and told that driver will be there shortly as still dropping off previous customers. Called two times and no estimated time given just rude attitude all over and hung up when we were saying thank you. Ended up waiting another 25 mins for the taxi to arrive. Give your customers a wee heads up next time or don’t take the order if your drivers are doing school runs?! Will not use again.

   Phoned to try and book wheelchair accessible taxi to be told they didn't have one available... despite text on their website saying all their taxi s are wheelchair accessible. Disappointed with excuses when i pointed this out. Not impressed.

   I was very lucky to get a taxi on the Bank Holiday. The driver was very considerate, on fare. As he honestly stated he missed one turning, and then haulted the fare. Towards the end of my journey. Excellent and very honest taxi driver.

   Very quick and helpful service when I needed it recently. I was in a bind as my car was getting fixed, the driver let me get my lunch and was patient when taking me about. I would use them again.
