   You left a vulnerable female person at barrhead bowling club and then tou lied about the driver not able to locate us. However I was out side organising another couple in there taxis five minutes before our taxi was due and no taxis appeared. It was 3 degrees in temperature and then when I called tou back to complain tou dropped the call. It's an absolute disgrace.

   Missed a hospital appointment because the driver decided to take another job and I was left waiting unaware that he wasn’t coming . I had a conversation with the manager who tried to get me another taxi but it was too late she was very helpful and apologised so I’ve given them 2stars because of her.

   I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this taxi company today. I am a regular customer who uses this company daily to pick up my children from nursery, and I always pay by card without any issues. However, today after taking a taxi and paying by card with no problem, a later driver refused to accept card payment, claiming that no one from the company does. This was untrue, as I had paid by card just two hours prior. Despite having my 1-year-old and 9-week-old baby with me, the driver insisted I go to a bank to withdraw cash. He kept the meter running while taking me to the bank, and I was told I would be banned from using the company again. The lady in the office was incredibly rude on the phone and spoke over me constantly not actually listening to anything i was saying. When my girlfriend politely asked the driver for his name to make a complaint, he was very arrogant towards her asking why she needs it, then shouted his name saying she should be phoning the office for it instead of asking him. This entire experience was incredibly stressful and unacceptable. I would not recommend this taxi company to anyone.

   Extremely rude call handler.. apparently taxis dont go into glasgow. Told me that a taxi was dropping off into linwood where we had asked to pick up into glasgow and as soon as i said this her attitude changed saying they dont cover renfrewshire? When i asked why that i had used compass multiple times going into glasgow and was never a problem. I then said its okay just leave it, she then continued to raise her voice over the phone to me. Not the first time ive had a bad experience with this compass but have gave them the benefit of the doubt but never again!!!!

   If you're looking for an early morning taxi, don't bother. It won't turn up. Ordered at 6.45am for 7.30 pick up. Confirmed booking and then proceeded not to show. 5 mins she said, then just another 10 min she said. Called again, just another 10 mins she said. Enough of this nonsense I said at 8.15. was then told drivers would be too busy with school run now!!!! Shambles. Save yourself the heartache people. You have been warned.

   Told my taxi would be 20 mins but it was over an hour and a half, left in Glasgow freezing cold without anyway home. If the person at the other end of the phone had just been honest about the wait I could have tried to get home another way. Instead lying saying another 10 minutes, another 10. Shocking service.

   Couldn’t find a worse company booked a taxi everyday for the same time and every single day had to wait an extra 20/30 minutes defeating the whole point of booking a taxi in the first place. Use elsewhere can’t be worse than here

   What a shambles ......!!!!!!!!! We thought we would book our return trip early, to ensure we received a car in plenty time for our return turn trip! Little did we know we were dealing with such an unprofessional company who couldn’t give a toss whether we go back home or not ! As it was Saturday night we allowed them 45 mins grace for our allocated booking, however they failed to appear and we found ourselves stranded .....! Thankfully the restaurant gave us the contact details of “ EASTWOOD CARS” who arrived within 10mins of our call ( THANK YOU EASTWOOD CARS ) for your fast courteous service ...!!!!!! The moral of this review is ....if you wish your evening not to be spoiled , DO NOT BOOKED YOU TAXI WITH COMPASS , AS THEY ARE SO UNRELIABLE AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL ....

   Waited 30 minutes for a taxi and driver cancelled as apparently we were drunk and refused to pick us up, me and my girlfriend just finished work hadn't drank at all and was sitting down eating food. Can't get another taxi so now we are stranded in paisley. Do not recommended this taxi company. Also did not tell us this I had to phone and ask.
