    Credit where it’s due - I called to book a cab for my return trip from Edinburgh at Croy railway station. The pleasant lady sorted my booking and a courteous taxi driver had arrived within 5 minutes of our arrival to Croy. Recommended taxi company that I’ll certainly use again.

    Received text to say taxi outside.... saw the taxi approach.... taxi spins round and leaves without picking me up.... i called to find out why..... got told the taxi was diverted to another hire in cimbernauld. 40 minute wait in total before i was eventually picked up. Very poor service. EDIT: wasn't a text... it was automated incoming call "your car is outside"

    Booked a taxi 2 days prior to New Year’s Eve for 6, including 4 kids, told it would be near to 1am but couldn’t provide a time. I understood that as it was New Year’s Eve. 3:30 am and the taxi still hadn’t arrived, with constant excuses from the operator. Eventually went with another company who arrived within 30 minutes. Absolute shambles and I will never use this company again!!

    Absolutely shocking!! Phoned and booked a taxi for 2:30am which did not showed up. Then were rudely spoke to on the telephone and told that they were not allowed to take bookings despite having booked one for us 2 hours previous!! Left stranded in the cold darkness. Disgusted!

    I find the other review, claiming that the owner is racist, very surprising. I’m of South Asian origins myself and have worked as a taxi driver for this company for many years now. I have never been discriminated against and the owner has always treated me with respect.

    Recommended this company. I'm used to uber but love seeing other independent places getting as good in terms of : who and what car to expect/ traceability. Brilliant. But more than that :- I think they really know their areas and needs. For me. More than just top tip.
